Things to do in the Berkshires, April 28

The Williams College Museum of Art will present, “Warhol & Infiltrated Publishing,” at 6 p.m. in Williamstown, with drinks and mingling to follow.

Lucy Mulroney, interim senior director and curator of special collections at Syracuse University Libraries, and Christopher Cerf, author, composer, producer and former Warhol collaborator, will talk about how stories from the publishing world invoke Andy Warhol’s proclivity for co-opting rigid structures to produce iconic books like his Index (Book), a pop-up “children’s book for hipsters.”

The presentation coincides with the museum’s “Warhol by the Book” exhibition, on view through Aug. 16. The museum and its events are free and open to the public. Info: 413-597-2429 or
