See Warhol Works for Cheap at ‘Art On The House’

This Friday evening is slated to be wet and miserable. Next Friday evening probably will be, too. Or just hot.

At any rate, get inside and enjoy some culture on the cheap at ‘Art On The House’ at Tampa Museum of Art.

Art on the House offers free admission for everyone on Fridays from 4 to 8 p.m.

Instead of the normal $15 admission price for adults, visitors are asked to make a voluntary donation instead.

The museum’s permanent collection includes Greek and Roman antiquities and modern and contemporary art.

Through Sept. 20 visiting exhibit ‘In Living Color: Andy Warhol and Contemporary Printmaking’ will be on display at the museum.

Through Sept. 6 visiting exhibit ‘The American Spirit: Painting and Sculpture from the Santa Barbara Museum of Art’ will also be on display.

Tampa Museum of Art is located at 120 W. Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa.
